*ORDERING FROM OUR STORE
Placing an order at this store constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement that you accept the terms and conditions of this store as described on this page and on our FAQ page. Please read them carefully.
All orders are reviewed by human eyes to insure that everything is correct You will then receive a confirmation email with the final total.
We now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards (US Currency Only!).
For your records, your credit card statement will now show a charge from serenquilityorders@serenquility.com .
Your credit card information MUST match the information you have on file with your credit card company/issuing bank. If it does not match, the transaction will not be approved and for security reasons and your protection your order will be voided and deleted - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please make sure when ordering that the information you enter is correct and complete. Check addresses and check again. If possible, avoid abbreviations. We do not send or process orders with P.O. Boxes, we must have a physical address to process and send your order. Please make sure your email address is correct, as all order confirmations and most correspondence are sent to you in this manner. If we attempt to contact you and we receive a "bounced back" order confirmation email, and no attempt is made to contact us to correct the error, we may cancel the order without processing it. We use various methods to make sure that the credit card address and all shipping addresses are valid ones, including contacting you to verify the order. We reserve the right at any time to refuse orders that we suspect are of a fraudulent nature and report fraudulent credit card use to the proper authorities. Thank you in advance for understanding.
*SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Serenquility orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail within the United States.
As of 6/16/08 - Shipping charges have gone MAD CRAZY! So we decided that we will have one shipping rate for every order placed on the site. That is the standard Flat Rate Box which holds up to 70lbs of merchandise at a cost of $9.95 per box.
Now before I get panic emails about buying a soap for $3.00 and having to pay almost $10.00 for shipping, let me assure you that this will not happen! Remember, credit cards are not charged automatically. Every order is manually checked and processed and no credit card is charged until then. So, if at the time we are processing your order we find that your order can ship in a smaller box we will certainly do so and adjust the shipping to save you money and when you get your final email confirmation receipt you will see the adjusted charges. Please note however, that if your order requires a larger box, we will inform you of pending additional shipping charges and charge as such. And of course, orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.
*ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO: Although this does not happen very often, orders that are to be shipped to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii may incur slightly higher shipping charges and will be added manually to your order. You will see the adjusted charges in your final email confirmation receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot add items to an order that has already been placed. You must place a separate order.
*SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders with a New York address.
*RETURN POLICY
We stand behind all of our products and are proud that they are of the highest quality. They are created with love and care and are packed and shipped in prime condition. Our Bath and Body products are personalized according to your fragrance and color choices, personalization, etc. It is because of this and more importantly, because of health and hygiene reasons, that bath and body products cannot be returned. We suggest you purchase something small like a soap or our sampler set in our bath and body products department to try out the quality of our products or to sample a fragrance before purchasing a full sized item.
JEWELRY POLICY
Jewelry pieces may be returned within 7 days if you are not satisfied. For clarification, the 7 day warranty starts on the day you receive your package. Please email us at serenquility@prodigy.net with the following:

Customer Name
Name of Jewelry Piece
Reason for Return (if you are returning it because of breakage, please indicate the condition of the piece (eg. string broke, etc.) and if you want the piece fixed. Repair depends on availabilty of components. If we cannot repair we will refund the price of the piece, less shipping.)
We will send you an authorization number. Please make sure this authorization number is visible on the outer shipping box. Packages without a visible authorization number will be returned at your expense.
Include in the return package:
-Jewelry Piece (packaged properly to protect against breakage or further breakage)
-Note with your wishes (refund, exchanges, repair, etc)
CHARGEBACKS
We take a great many steps to insure that your initial order is a valid one before filling it and shipping it to you and it is a great hassle and a loss of hard earned revenue when a chargeback is deemed fraudulent.
Please contact us first if you do not recognize a charge from us on your credit card and we will investigate to make sure that an order was placed, executed, shipped and delivered.
Your card shall be charged a fee of $25 should a chargeback dispute with your credit card company turns out to be unfounded.
Orders and Chargebacks issued for fraudulent use will be reported to the proper authorities.
*ORDER ERRORS
Although this has never occurred, errors with your order (missing items, wrong items, etc) must be reported immediately upon receipt of your shipment(within 24 hours of delivery). Error correction is limited to replacement of the items in question. In this case, we will pay for shipping charges to send the replacement item to you.
*RETURN TO SENDER FEES
If an item is returned by the carrier as "Undeliverable" because you provided an invalid or incorrect address, or you "refused" delivery, your credit card will be charged for the costs incurred(if any) of returning the package. If you want the item reshipped back to you, you are responsible for the shipping charges. If you do not want the item reshipped, a 20% returned order/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund shipping charges.
*LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Serenquility (T.G. Enterprises) is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your order leaves our manufacturing studio. If you wish to purchase insurance, visit the following page to add insurance to your shopping cart.
Purchase Insurance
We ship our items in prime condition, above the standards of USPS recommendations. If in the unlikely event that the outside box looks fine but inside the items are cracked, broken or leaking, the damage must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time your package is delivered to you for product return and replacement. If the outside box is damaged, please keep all packaging and report the damaged item to USPS.
We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages (packages delivered to the wrong address)
DISCLAIMER/CONSUMER AGREEMENT
Serenquility Bath & Body Shoppe and its parent company, T.G. Enterprises shall not be held liable for any personal injury or damages resulting from the improper use of, or allergic reactions to, any of our products. Improper use includes, but is not limited to: using dirty hands to apply product, introducing foreign ingredients into product, improper storage of product, failing to read directions in conjunction with use of product. If you are dissatisfied with your experience in using this store, your exclusive remedy shall be to cease using this website and the products herein.
You, the customer must understand that items you are purchasing from this webstore are to be used at your own risk. If you are trying our products for the first time, we suggest you purchase a smaller size or a sampler first before buying a full sized product to gauge your sensitivity. If you find that you are allergic to a product, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. If you are unsure of any of our products, please consult a doctor. If you would like to have a list of ingredients for any of our products so you can take them to your doctor or allergist, do not hesistate to contact us, we will gladly either include them in your order or email them to you.
Although we do place information on the use of botanicals, essential oils, etc. contained in our products, we are in no way giving medical information nor do we claim any medical benefits through the use of our products. As with all items and articles displayed on this site and our newsletters, we expect you to do your own research and consult your own medical practitioner if you have any questions pertaining to the use of our products or putting into practice anything you read on this or indeed any other newsletter or bath & body store that is connected to T.G.
